National Child and Adult Care Food Program Week

The Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) Week, hosted annually by the National CACFP Sponsors Association, aims to raise awareness of how the USDA's Child and Adult Care Food Program works to combat hunger. This program brings healthy foods to tables across the country for children in child care centers, homes and afterschool, as well as for adults in day care. This is a great opportunity to thank your legislators for their support of CACFP—visit our action center here to send a message letting them know that their constituents are farm to school and ECE stakeholders who appreciate this current and future support!

Additionally, you can get involved by spreading awareness through various channels: download resources from the campaign page to share in your community, participate in the Social Media Challenge for a chance to win $100, submit your CACFP Week activities for recognition, and join webinars throughout the week covering important topics related to the program.
